MediSynth is a synthetic patient cohort platform built for healthcare software teams. We generate deterministic, realistic synthetic clinical data so product, data, QA, and sales engineering teams can build demos, run regression tests, and validate integrations without touching real patient information.

Each cohort can be tuned for identity-matching edge cases, missing records, address drift, and replay scenarios, then exported as FHIR R4 (US Core) Bundles and NDJSON, C-CDA, HL7v2, X12, or OMOP for downstream workflows.
